An Introduction to Conscious Living workshop. Workshops are an invitation for like minds to come together in the sharing of Truth and Reality based around Enlightenment. Meditation, readings, exercises and the sharing of our journey encourages healing and the letting go of who we believe we are into the truth of who we really are - the silent, ever present being.

CONFIDENT LEGS – A Feldenkrais Workshop with Wilfred Van Dorp.

This is a two-day workshop focussing on improving the functioning of your legs, reduce wear and tear on your joints to allow you to more freely and comfortably. It will be particularly beneficial to those who experience lower back, hip and knee pain, those who stand, sit or walk a lot or want to improve their posture. No experience necessary.

Calling all parents! A Baby Massage course is starting on 15th June. Learn to massage your baby in a small and friendly group. Enhanced bonding, colic relief, improved sleep, to name a few benefits.... and it’s great fun! It will run for 4 weeks. There will be a Healing Weekend Festival at Talbot Campus, Bournemouth University on 9th and 10th May. It should be a great gathering and some of The Zen Zone teachers will be donating their time to take part, either teaching Yoga or giving talks on special topics, such as nutrition and wellbeing.

The Healing Weekend Festival is a fundraising event organized by volunteers in order to raise funds for the Tibet Culture Trust. All therapists at the event donate their time and skills free of charge, for which we are extremely grateful. We try to run the event at least twice a year and past events have always been a huge success.
