The Zen Zone is Parkstone’s new, purpose built, dedicated Holistic Centre and Yoga Studio. Situated at the Branksome end of Ashley Road in Davis Road (just behind Guitar Mania and next to the Salvation Army Hall).
The Ground Floor has 3 themed, well equipped Therapy Rooms while the first floor contains the Yoga Studio. There is a quiet-zone waiting area with a specialist boutique that offers carefully selected items, books, CDs and gifts to enhance your personal well-being and environment.
A wide range of Holistic Therapies are provided by fully trained and qualified therapists and in the Studio, there are regular Yoga classes available to suit all levels of student. On Friday evenings there is a Singing for Fun session.
We hope to start Pilates classes soon. Classes will be on Monday mornings between 9:30am and 10:45am . Please register your interest with Paula on 07968 265 903 - we need six people to get started.
